Special Edition – Agency of Change: Human Stories is a series of images by the humanitarian photographer Edoardo Santangelo recording HEED’s work in Nepal and Rwanda. Between December 2018-November 2019, HEED commissioned the humanitarian photographer Edoardo Santangelo to document the impact of the HEED energy interventions on displaced communities living in Khalte, Nepal and in three refugee camps, Gihembe, Kigeme, and Nyabiheke, Rwanda. As the communities engaged with HEED energy interventions, these images capture different stages of the project to become stories of change.
