‘Refugees and Technology’: Panel Discussion and Photo Exhibition

On the 3rd of October 2019 Professor Elena Gaura, lead investigator of the HEED project, will be a panellist at Chatham House ‘Refugees and Technology: Panel Discussion and Photo Exhibition’ to discuss the impact of new technologies on the lives of displaced populations. The panel discussion will be followed by a drinks reception and photo exhibition curated by the HEED project. The collection of photos is by the documentary photographer, Edoardo Santangelo, who has spent time with the HEED project recording the lived experiences of displaced communities and their interaction with energy technologies.
